Every four years, something special happens--something special and irregular. We like to call it Leap Day. Is it because everyone leaps for joy as a result of that one extra day in the year? And speaking of an extra day in the year, wouldn't it make more sense if the three years preceding Leap Day were called the Leap Years? Those 365 days are the ones doing the leaping--Unless it is truly us doing the Leaping--which I feel like we did this year by celebrating--so I guess it is appropriate to call it the Leap Year!
Some irregular facts we learned about people in attendance at the party:
1) Someone had 57 stitches in their tongue;
2) Someone almost died of slam dancing;
3) Someone has four permanent tattoos
4) Someone's date was cut short when the police arrested her date for being a drug lord; and
5) Someone has been attacked by a rabid beaver.
