The irregularity of it all.

Every four years, something special happens--something special and irregular. We like to call it Leap Day. Is it because everyone leaps for joy as a result of that one extra day in the year? And speaking of an extra day in the year, wouldn't it make more sense if the three years preceding Leap Day were called the Leap Years? Those 365 days are the ones doing the leaping--Unless it is truly us doing the Leaping--which I feel like we did this year by celebrating--so I guess it is appropriate to call it the Leap Year!

Some irregular facts we learned about people in attendance at the party:
1) Someone had 57 stitches in their tongue;
2) Someone almost died of slam dancing;
3) Someone has four permanent tattoos
4) Someone's date was cut short when the police arrested her date for being a drug lord; and
5) Someone has been attacked by a rabid beaver.

Which one of these ladies was hit by a car?

Which one of these ladies is missing four permanent teeth?

Who has an "ape factor" of five?

Is that Rachel wearing jean on jean? And is the person next to her wearing scuba gear?

HAPPY LEAP YEAR!!!

You've been waiting FOUR years...

...and it's finally here!

Friday, February 29, 2008 from 8:00 - 10:00 PM - come celebrate Leap Year at the Watson's (let us know if you need an address or directions).

The 29th of February doesn't regularly occur, so keeping with the theme:

Bring someone you wouldn't regularly bring...
Wear something you wouldn't regularly wear...
Do something you wouldn't regularly do.
*Be ready to share something "irregular" about yourself*

We'll have games, fun and a delicious banana split (this year we're calling them banana "leaps") bar to make the evening fabulous.

Please comment and let us know if you'll be coming and if you'll be able to bring one of the below banana "leap" ingredients.

We hope you can make it!

Bananas
Chocolate Topping
Caramel Topping
Whipped Cream
Brownies
Raspberries
Sprinkles
Oreos
Butterfingers
Strawberries
M&Ms
Gummy Bears
Nuts
Cookies
... or something else
